As the foundational prerequisite for all other courses, it introduces you to the core principles of biodynamic craniosacral therapy.
In this course, you’ll:
Discover Sacred Touch: Learn the art of listening deeply with both heart and hands, cultivating a compassionate stillness that forms the essence of this work.
Explore the Roots of Craniosacral Work: Gain insight into the history and evolution of this practice, starting with Dr. William Sutherland and the pioneers who followed.
Experience the Craniosacral System: Understand and connect with the elements of the craniosacral system, including the bones, membranes, tissues, fluids, and the dynamic tidal motions of Primary Respiration, guided by the Intelligence of the Breath of Life.
Learn Practical Sequences: Practice suggested sequences that provide a foundation for developing your skills in this modality.
