Prerequisite for this workshop is LEVEL ONE. If you have not taken Level One, we will not be able to enroll you into this workshop.
In this course, you’ll:
Work with the Psoas and Piriformis muscles
Whole sessions in side position work
Focus on delicate structures of the head and neck; Palatines, vomer, hyoid bones
Creative approaches to working the neck
Deepening into the TIDES...
